When I start working with clients to help them with eczema, we spend time talking about the skin and I also want to know about any other symptoms.

So often you tell me you currently have or have had problems with digestion. This includes bowel movements too. Your body doesn’t recognise these particles, it isn’t sure of they are friend or foe. So, to protect itself the body decides to signal unwelcome visitors as pathogens and attempts to remove them.
To protect itself our body creates an inflammatory response. And for some people the skin is affected.
