The Appointment

Schedule your consultation here. When you select your appointment type you will see the booking calendar is set to YOUR time zone. You will receive a booking confirmation by email, so please check your inbox . Please check your spam folder if you don’t see a confirmation email, then add my email to your contacts.

Appointments are via Zoom unless agreed otherwise prior to the appointment and you will receive a link to join the call in your booking confirmation. If you arrive late to the appointment, I am not able to extend the time slot as I will have another appointment scheduled after.

All notes, images and information discussed during your appointment are treated as confidential. I do not share this information without prior agreement from yourself first. I work in-line with UK data protection laws.

I can be reached via email. If your message is urgent, please title the message “URGENT” and I’ll reply as soon as I have a gap in my diary. For non-urgent messages I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. I set aside time each day (Monday to Friday) to answer emails.

Payment

Payment is due at the time for booking for all appointments.

Emergency Care

I do not provide emergency care services. If you need emergency care please contact your nearest provider.

Cancellations

You will receive appointment reminders to the email you used to book your appointment 4 days, 2 days and 2 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations less with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee (50% of appointment fee). If you have an emergency and cannot attend your appointment, please let me know. Non-attendance appointments are charged at full fee. Any refunds will be provided minus any processing fees and will be processed in GBP so you may receive a different amount if the currency exchange rate has changed.
