My Story
I first experienced homeopathy as a young teenager. I had suffered from repeated tonsillitis for many winters and continued use of antibiotics had not helped. To avoid a tonsillectomy, we tried homeopathy. Whilst I don’t recall the remedies I was given, I will never forget the experience.
During my 20’s whilst working in the advertising industry in London, I was suffering from adrenal burnout and a range of symptoms that could not be diagnosed as a specific illness – I was depressed, exhausted and trying to cope with debilitating PMT . I vividly remembered my homeopathic experience as a child and sought out the help of homeopathy once again.
For the first time in years I slept well, woke up refreshed, my depression lifted, and my PMT symptoms disappeared.
I started to look at life from a new perspective. I felt well, happy and full of energy!!
Homeopathy made such an impact on my life that I knew I needed to learn more, so I decided to re-train as a homeopath. During my training I started a family and relied heavily on homeopathy during my pregnancy, my daughter’s birth and first few months of motherhood.
I trained at The Centre for Homeopathic Education in London, receiving my Licentiate in 2008. I have worked in clinics across London and via video conference call online.
I now work online or from a clinic space near Bromley to help patients all over the world find their way back to full health.
My Values & Beliefs
I believe wholeheartedly in the ability of homeopathy to empower the individual to take charge of their own physical and emotional well-being.
As a homeopath, I do my utmost to support you on your journey to health and vitality as long as you need. I am there to guide and support you and your family to the best of my ability.
The road to health freedom is not the same for everyone, it’s as unique as you are, and so is your homeopathic treatment.

When I’m Not Working
I live in Beckenham, South London with my husband, daughter and various pets. I grew up in a small coastal town in the north of England and have lived in London for over 20 years. I love city life but will always answer the call of the sea!
I love to have a creative project on the go. I especially love to crochet – particularly colourful blankets! However, you will also find me cooking and growing flowers and vegetables in our garden.
You will also find me rummaging through vintage shops to see what I can find (my best find EVER are these old homeopathic remedy bottles!). Then I will probably head to the nearest yarn shop to stock up on material for my next crochet project.
